Mileage Monday from City Roots
I mentioned at the run last week that we would try using every other Monday to build base miles during the summer – Mileage Monday. On the other Mondays will be the core and flexibility Muscle Mondays.
Building base mileage should be at an easy pace.
It’s the Main Street Market route backwards. BUT – get off at the USS Kidd and run down the grass or across the crosswalk.
** If someone feels like putting a little water out at the Vet School that would be great.
5 Mile regular Monday Miles – follow the 8 Mile route around the Parade Grounds and back.
3 Miles – to May Street and back
