Milk Punch Inspired Quarters from The Butlers

David Butler is preparing his famous frozen Milk Punch for post workout recovery fuel. The celebration will be held outdoors.
Warm up down the Pennington Path to Olympia Park.
4-6 x 1/4 mile with 1/4 mile rest between each. Lighted cones will be out to mark the quarters. You will be doing 2-3 loops of the park depending on whether you are doing 4 or 6 quarter repeats.
Cool down back for recovery Milk Punch.
