Muscle Monday: New Downtown Running Core Workout
We are going to so a new version of our Downtown Running Core Workout. Sheets will be given at the workout. The last station will be on North Blvd. at the pull up/sit up area. We will have kettle bells and weights there for more traditional exercises to finish the running workout.
The run is a 1 mile warm-up through Beauregard Town before we do our first exercise back at Town Square. Total of 4 running miles.
