Recovery is an essential part of training. We have had 2 tough weekends in a row with Hilly 2 Milers and Killer Workout. Come early if you want to get in more miles.
So we are going to do a new variation of 4 MILE “Predict Your Pace”.
You have a choice of one of 5 goal paces for 4 Miles: 32 minutes(8 minute pace), 34 minutes(8:30 pace), 36 minute(9:00 minute pace) 38 minutes(9:30 pace) and 40 minutes(10 minute pace)

Everyone starts at the same time, use your own watch BUT DO NOT PEEK. Stop you watch when it hits 4 miles. Come report your times.
