Roll and Recover presented by Trifecta Sports Therapy – Goodwood Long Ladder
We are going to see if we can all park at or near the park so we will have access to our cars to get foam rollers and mat or towel.
Bring a foam roller and mat or towel. We will have a few available for those that don’t.
The long workout will get you perfectly ready for a 15 minute Roll and Recover led by Ana Couture, owner of Trifecta Sports Therapy.
Easy warm up down Esplanade to Audubon and back.
All on the Goodwood loop – 880/770/660/550/440/330/220/110. The recover is to just finish the loop after each. Even after the 880 which is a very short recovery before starting the 770.
SHORTEN – by skipping some of the intervals.
Cool down is stretching and recovery on the mats with Ana.
