5 Miles loop around Olympia Park.
Water will be out at the Butler’s just past 1 Mile and past 4 coming back. Corner of Dahlia and Clematis,
Muscle Monday – we skipped 4th weekend so fitting in a Rouzan Outdoor Gym Strength Workout.
2 Mile easy to the Butlers and back with the rest of the group. Jog down to the Outdoor Gym
6 x 220 pickup(moderate not fast…just to get heart rate up) with 2 exercises between each. Workout will be on a white board.
