Run, Regymen Fitness BR Beach Workout and Stand Up Paddle Demo
Parking is always tricky at BRB because it fills up fast. But you can park at UREC or AG Center and jog over. That could add a mile there and back since the run is 4 miles to allow time for the other activities.
4 Miles – run counter clockwise around University Lake.
After the run you can split your time between the workout that Regymen fitness is hosting and the stand up paddling hosted by Erin and Muddy Water Fitness.
