Starting Over: 220’s on Lake Erie from Parade Grounds – 3 start times
The last time we had an organized group workout(other than this past Saturday run) was sometime in mid-March. Now it’s mid-May. So it looks like we really just need to start from scratch. And we don’t really have a race goal but want to start getting our fitness back. Most have us have done running over the last few weeks. So that’s good.
So take things easy. Be patient with the process. We are all tired. But it’s time to get back the tired we are familiar with.
START TIMES FROM THE PARADE GROUNDS AT 4:30;5:00 AND 5:30. Hopefully this will allow us to space out physically when we get on Lake Erie.
LSU is a great place to meet and run these days because so few people are on campus.
**Don’t forget to drop your own water off at Lake Erie.
Warm-up to Lake Erie which is about 1.4 miles.
4 x 220 cut-down. Finish with that OR jog an easy lap. Duplicate the first set.
