Starting the Sharpen and Taper – Goodwood Park Ladder

Two weeks out means time to reduce miles while keeping  the intensity up. That is what “sharpening” and “tapering” is about.

You want to walk up to the starting line feeling fit and fresh.

Goodwood Park Ladder – 880/short recovery back to start; 660/440/220 finishing the loop for recovery.

4 Miles – Cool down straight back to Brew Haha

5 Miles – cool down the way you warmed up

 

 

**This may be a little challenging for those that ran Wilderness yesterday. But we need to stick with the training cadence. Just run moderate interval to stretch out.
