Everyone is getting introduced to a little known hill in BR that used to be part of my old school workouts. The Magpie Morning group discovered it recently. It’s on Ellisalde St. – a street you have seen but maybe never run on.
Use the map to warm up down Ferndale then back up the sidewalk on Christian. When you turn onto Ellisalde from Fiero – run to the far cone to start the workout. 3 x 1/4 with 30 seconds rest. Cones and marking will be out.
Easy recovery run over to Hillsdale and the Cottonwood Circle. The direction of the workout is up Cottonwood first.
3 x 1/4. Recover by taking a left on Ebony and jog back to start.
Finish out Baywood by Bet-R back to Moreau.
