New, Less Experienced Half Marathon Saturday Schedule 10K through October 11th

2020 NEWER, LESS EXPERIENCED HALF MARATHON SATURDAY SCHEDULE  and  10K THROUGH OCTOBER 11th

Sept. 12 – 3.5-5 miles with tempo work

Sept. 19  – 5 miles with tempo work

September 26 – 5 Miles with 2 Miles at MARATHON PACE.(not HALF)

October 3 – 5 miles with last 2 as a “cutdown”

 Oct. 10 – 6 miles steady  or RACE NORTHSHORE 10K on October 11th

Oct. 17 – 7 miles easy

Oct. 24 – 6 miles with Miles 3-6 as tempo/pickup

Oct 31 –8  miles  with 2 x 2 Miles through BR Beach hills

Nov. 7 – 9 Miles with “stuff” Variable pacing workout

Nov. 14 – 8 steady

Nov. 21 – 10 miles with SJA 10K as a strength run

November 28 – 10 Miles including at long, ladder workout

December 5– 12  Miles using  BR Beach Marathon course

Dec. 12 –  8 miles

Dec. 19  – 9 miles with Yasso 880 workout

Dec. 26– 9 miles steady with 3 miles at goal pace from 6-9.

Jan. 2– 10 miles on Wilderness 10 mile course in Star Hill, LA

Jan. 9  –  6 miles

Jan 17– Louisiana Half Marathon
