Sushi for lunch or dinner the night before; sweet potato and almond butter morning of race

Literally the coolest thing and place I’ll ever do is hike the Inca trail to Machu Picchu
What athletic / running gear (other than shoes) could you not live without?
Shorts with side pockets. Side pockets are key for me

Raising 5k for Cancer Research during Big Sur Marathon

I love binge watching tv shows that I have already seen. I have watched every episode of grey’s anatomy and Gilmore Girls … multiple times…
