The race will be on August 22nd at Southern University.  There will be a one mile run followed by the 5k.  The 1 mile run will start at 7:45 am and the 5k at 8:00.  Pre registration 6:00-7:30 am. 

Register by August 7th to be guaranteed a race t-shirt.
