With Crescent City 10K a few weeks away, it’s time to do some 10K pace work.

5.25 Loop

Or modify workout to 4 Miles by taking May Street.

First, determine 10K race pace. Try to run exactly that for this Half Workout.

Warm up 1 mile. 4 x 1/2 Mile at 10k goal mile pace with 1/2 Mile recovery.

Start Halves at Miles 1, 2, 3 and 4.
