ON is hosting Launch Parties across the country and we chose Barracuda Taco for ours.

Now…for the workout. We need to start getting ready for Fat Boy with some uphills.
Warm up to our regular Steele 220 start.
3 x 220 cut down. Jog back recovery.
Easy run down Hundred Oaks to Glenmore and back.
Duplicate the 3 x 220 cutdown set.
***Shorten workout by just doing one set
Cool down same way.
