Shamrock Hill Workout

Many of you are registered for Shamrock 5K so let’s get some work in on the course.

One of the most challenging stretches is the Lakeshore hill just before the 2 Mile mark.

We’ll start at 1 mile of the actual course and run the City Park Golf course loop part of the course.

Run the loop 2-4 times. Each time focus on working the 1/4 mile up hill. Cones will be out.
