It should be a cool morning to run the scenic Miss River levee.
And the tailgaters will probably be out early for the big game.
3 Mile Walk - use the 8 mile map and go out 1.5 and back.
6 Mile Run/Walk -use the 8 mile map and go to the water stop at the Vet School and back on the levee
8 Miles with 3 x 1 Mile at Goal Half Marathon Pace or Below
Run the 3 miles down the levee steady. After the water stop begin the Goal Half Marathon Pace Miles
3-4; 5-6 and finish with the last North Blvd. mile that is 7-8. Great mental rehearsal for January!
12 Miles if you are an inexperience Marathoner - run 4 before
14-16 Miles with 3 x 1 mile at Goal Half Marathon Pace or Below
Come early and run a steady 6-8 miles. It’s good that your legs will be a little tired to hit the final 8 with the Pace Workout.
