Nothing like an Ice Cream Run to get us back in the groove.
This weekend’s Tiger 5/10K is the last of the Spring swing of back-to-back races.
So let’s do some light workouts.
Warm up down Hollydale to Lake Erie or Fiero for short.
4 × 220 cutdown. Finish the lake loop.
Easy lap and water.
Duplicate the cutdown times on a second set of 4 × 220
Cool down the way you came or Fiero for short.
