Warm up the playground loop to Fat Boy start.
Starting with the first quarter…run every other ¼ as a pickup. Run 1/4. Jog ¼ for the 3 miles.
It’s a cutdown workout with each ¼ being at least 1 second faster than the one before it.
**this if off-season so they don’t have to be anything but a solid maintenance pace.
